Brazilian Desk

International Law Department based in Buenos Aires which advises companies and individuals with activities and issues in Argentina and Brazil.

The team is chaired by Florencia Ortiz Freuler, a lawyer admitted in Argentina and Brazil, where she has revalidated her lawyers degree at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro-UERJ and has passed the O.A.B exam. (2012). Before joining O&A, Florencia worked more than 6 years in Brazil, both in law firms, including renowned- Machado, Meyer, Sendacz and Opice (in the offices of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro) and in an investment fund - Investimentos e Participações em Infraestrutura SA -INVEPAR. Florencia speaks fluent Portuguese.

Carolina Villar also forms part of the Brazilian Desk. Carolina is fluent in Portuguese and has assisted a number of Brazilian clients in cross-border transactions.
