Juan Pablo Rovira Escalante
Juan Pablo is in charge of the Labor Sector and Social Security.
Juan Pablo graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina (2002). His practice currently focuses on the area of Labor Law and Social Security, advising local and multiational companies and representing them in trials and administrative proceedings, both in terms of individual and collective labor law.
Previously to joining O&A, Juan Pablo worked in the Labor Law department of Severgnini Firm, Robiola, Grinberg & Tombeur Law Firm, as team leader, and in the Department of labor law and corporate law and in Brons & Salas.
He holds postgraduate courses in Human Resources Management, Universidad Católica Argentina (December 2011); Postgraduate in Individual Law, University of Buenos Aires, (December 2006); Postgraduate in Labor Law, Universidad Austral (December 2004).
Juan Pablo is currently a member of the Labor Law and Social Security Committee of the Federal Bar Association, of the Lawyers Commission on the Relationship of Dependency with the State and Public Organizations of the Federal Bar Association and Labor Conciliation Commission of the Federal Bar Association.
As of May 2003, Juan Pablo is Professor of “Elements of Labor Law and Social Security” at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Geraldine Schindler
Geraldine collaborates on civil and commercial law issues.
Her practice focuses on business advice in matters of civil and commercial law and representation of companies in court. Geraldine previously worked at CCP ABOGADOS, gaining extensive experience in civil and commercial law matters.
